Shipping policy

Shipping (1-3 business days) DOES NOT include processing time.

Our current turnaround time is up to 6 weeks.

Once your order has been packaged and dropped off at USPS or UPS, we, Furever Rhea, are no longer responsible for your order. 

We have done our part and therefore, it would be out of our hands. If you are having issues locating your package, please contact your local post office for further assistance. 

Once your order is ready to be shipped, please allow 2-4 business days for your order to arrive (for U.S. orders) 

For orders outside of the U.S., shipping may take 2-4 weeks (does NOT include processing time).
